We acquire cash-flowing, yet underperforming apartment communities in well-located areas throughout the Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth MSA's where we can increase profits through better management, better operations, and physical value-add improvements.
Our firm was founded and is operated by Mo Hashem. Mo is the founder of Hazel Management and Flat Fee Landlord (residential property management firms), HASHEM REALTY (Real Estate Brokerage), and has a long history of investing in real estate.
Over the years, our clients and friends have asked for help with investing passively in real estate. As a result, HAZEL Equity was created to help everyday individuals and investors invest passively in the properties we acquire.
